Bánh Tét is a "must have" in every southern home at Lunar New Year time. This special cake is made out of sticky rice, coconut milk, beans or banana for different flavors, then wrapped in banana leaves and boiled for many hours.

As one of the most popular offerings for our ancestors on the Family Alter. The locals also give these cakes for family and neighbors during Tet as a beautiful tradition that has happened for years.
