Day 1: HCMC - Ben Tre [Set Menu Lunch]

7:00 am: Depart from Saigon around 7:00 am and head south to Ben Tre province, known for its tropical waterways and coconut plantations.
Immerse in Local Life:
Upon arrival, meet your guide and take a short walk through a picturesque local village, giving you a glimpse into daily life. At the local pier, step aboard your Mango Cruise to enjoy a scenic journey through the smaller tributaries of Ben Tre.
Delve into coconut culture:
Visit a local family-owned coconut processing operation to uncover the versatility of coconuts, which Ben Tre is renowned for. Afterward, explore village pathways by bicycle, immersing yourself in genuine local life away from tourist crowds.
Meet a local farmer:
Cross the river to "Bao Island" and meet a gracious local farmer with a vast Coconut Garden. Here, savor a fresh coconut while learning about life in the Mekong Delta through his exciting story.
Explore the Canals through the Mekong Delta 2D1N:

Rice Paper Artisan:
Continue your journey to My Long village to meet Mr. Sau Tuong, a former soldier who survived two years fighting the Khmer Rouge in Phnom Penh. Now he and his wife live on making rice paper which is the most famous specialty of My Long village. Have a chat with him, savor the crispy rice paper made by his wife and see its crafting process.
Then head back to Mango Home where you can check into your room and enjoy the resort at your leisure.
Cooking Class:
Around 6:30pm, it will be time for your cooking class dinner demonstration at Mango Home Restaurant. Our local chef and host will greet you and teach you how to prepare spring rolls, Vietnamese caramelized & braised fish, banana flower salad, and Vietnamese pancakes.
Day 2: HCMC - Ben Tre [Breakfast / Lunch]
7.00am: Start your day with breakfast at Mango Home Restaurant. Afterward, enjoy a 1-hour cruise on the river with the captain.
Continue your morning at Mango Home at your leisure. How about a leisurely day at our swimming pool or exploring our village on our bikes? Enjoy our pool table, table games, and hammocks while you relax in our lounge, or try out your hand at basketball ‘Ben Tre’ style.
At upon check-out at 12:00pm, you will be assisted with your luggage. Your tour will conclude with a final set menu lunch, before a private car (or transportation arranged by you) takes you back to HCMC or on to your next destination.
